We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out surveys and work, prepare quotes, and keep records of work done. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to and fulfilling your enquiry) and, where we carry out work for you, performance of a contract. Who we share it with
We only share data where it's needed to deliver the service — for example with the UKAS-accredited laboratory that analyses samples, licensed waste carriers, and our IT and hosting providers. We never sell your data. We may disclose information where required by law or to the HSE or other regulators.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations. Where the law requires it, asbestos health-and-safety records (such as medical and air-monitoring records) are retained for up to 40 years under CAR 2012.
